Advanced Data Protection (ADP) is a feature in iCloud that helps protect your data by using end-to-end encryption. When ADP is enabled, your data is encrypted on your device and remains encrypted as it is transferred to iCloud and when it is stored there. This means that only you have the keys to decrypt your data, and not even Apple can access it.
To enable Advanced Data Protection for iCloud, follow these steps:
Go to the iCloud settings on your device.
Tap on the "iCloud" tab.
Scroll down and tap on "Advanced."
Tap on "Data Protection."
Then "Use Advanced Data Protection" option.
Note: ADP is only available on devices running iOS 15 or later.
